Crispy Chicken Wrap with Caesar Salad
Ingredients

- 1 chicken breast
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- Panko (for breading)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dried oregano to taste
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of miso
- 180 g of crispy lettuce (romaine type)
- Some grated parmesan
- 2 large wheat tortillas (durum type)
- Some grated cheese
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast in half to obtain 2 fillets. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Bread the chicken: mix 1 egg with 3 tablespoons of flour, coat the fillets, and dredge in panko.
- Cook the chicken: Oven: 30 min at 220°C; Air fryer: 20 min at 200°C; Fried: until golden.
- Mix the sauce: 4 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons vinegar, and 1 teaspoon miso.
- Cut the lettuce into strips.
- Slice the cooked chicken into strips.
- Combine the lettuce with the sauce and add grated parmesan.
- Assemble the wraps: tortilla + salad + chicken + more salad. Roll it like a burrito.
- Seal the wraps in a pan with some grated cheese until crispy on both sides.
- Cut them in half and enjoy!
