Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond butter and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Add the cocoa powder, oat flour, baking soda, and salt to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
