Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Rub turkey with softened butter, salt, and pepper. Place turkey in roasting pan and cook for 3-4 hours until internal temperature reaches 165°F in the thigh. Let rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- For stuffing: Sauté onion and celery in 2 tbsp butter until soft. Toss with bread cubes, broth, sage, and thyme to moisten. Stuff turkey loosely or bake separately in a buttered dish at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender. Drain, then mash with milk and butter.
- Steam green beans until crisp-tender.
- Whisk pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, eggs, and cream until smooth. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until the center barely jiggles. Cool completely.
