Instructions

- Mix stuffing with warm chicken broth and softened butter until moist.
- Gently stuff the turkey cavity.
- Roast the turkey uncovered for 3-4 hours, basting every 45 minutes.
- Check the turkey’s internal temperature; it should reach 165°F in the thickest part of the thigh.
- Let the turkey rest for 30 minutes before carving.
- While the turkey rests, boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (15-20 minutes).
- Drain the potatoes well and mash with warmed milk and butter. Season with salt and white pepper. Keep warm.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté green beans for 5 minutes until bright green with some brown spots.
- Add almonds during the last 2 minutes of sautéing. Finish with flaky salt.
- Arrange the buffet: Turkey in the center, mashed potatoes and green beans with sides, stuffing in a basket, and utensils/napkins at the end.
