Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can pinto beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by chopping onion, mincing garlic, and draining beans and corn.
- Cook ground beef in a large pot over medium heat until browned; drain grease.
- Add onion and cook until soft, then stir in garlic.
- Mix in taco seasoning, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomatoes with green chilies, and broth.
- Stir in beans and corn.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20–30 minutes.
- Adjust thickness and seasoning to taste.
- Serve with desired toppings.
