- 1/2 cup watermelon chunks (optional)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water or coconut water
Instructions
- Add strawberries, watermelon (if using), honey, lemon juice, and water to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for 4–6 hours or until fully solid.
- Run molds briefly under warm water to release popsicles easily.
