  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 8 ounces shell pasta, cooked according to package directions

Instructions

  1. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak bites until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Add butter to the same skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
