- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Crack the eggs directly into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
- Carefully pour the gochujang sauce over the eggs and let it bubble and thicken for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the green onions and sesame seeds over the top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the Spicy Gochujang Eggs immediately, while hot.
