Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the sourdough discard, olive oil, and herbs in a bowl until smooth.
- Add flour and salt to the mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough thinly, about 1/8 inch, between two sheets of parchment paper.
- Score the rolled dough into your desired cracker shapes using a knife or pizza cutter.
- Sprinkle extra salt or herbs over the dough, if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Cool the crackers completely on a wire rack before storing them.
