Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Knead until a soft dough forms.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls.
  5. Roll each ball into a flat circle about 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
