- 1 (30-ounce) package miniature smoked sausages
- 1 (1-ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 (1-ounce) packet au jus gravy mix
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 8 to 10 pepperoncini peppers
- 2 tablespoons pepperoncini juice
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Arrange the miniature smoked sausages evenly across the bottom of a 4-quart or larger slow cooker.
- Evenly distribute the ranch seasoning mix, au jus gravy mix, unsalted butter, whole pepperoncini peppers, pepperoncini juice, and water directly over the sausages.
- Secure the lid on the slow cooker. Cook on the ‘low’ setting for 4 to 5 hours, or alternatively, on the ‘high’ setting for 1 to 2 hours, until the sausages are thoroughly heated and the flavors are fully melded.
- Gently stir all contents to ensure even coating of the sausages with the sauce. Serve immediately while warm, or keep the slow cooker on the ‘warm’ setting until ready to present.
