Description
Warm sandwiches filled with tender beef and cheesy goodness, served with a rich au jus for dipping.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- French rolls or hoagie rolls
- Sliced provolone or mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast in the bottom of your crockpot.
- Add sliced onions and minced garlic.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred the beef using two forks once cooked.
- Stuff the shredded beef in French rolls or hoagie rolls, topped with cheese.
- Serve the broth as au jus for dipping the sandwiches.
