Scale
- 10 large jalapeños, halved and seeded
- 10 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped (plus more for topping)
- 1/3 cup seasoned panko breadcrumbs

- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, and chopped green onion.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture. Press a shrimp on top of each, then sprinkle with buttered panko.
- Bake poppers for 10–12 minutes until bubbly and browned. Garnish with more green onion and serve warm.
