- 1 pound Gnocchi
- 1 head Roasted Garlic
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the top off a head of garlic, drizzle it with olive oil, wrap it in foil, and roast for 30-35 minutes until it’s soft and fragrant.
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook for 2-3 minutes or until they float to the surface. Drain and set them aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the mashed roasted garlic into the butter and stir until it blends into a smooth, aromatic paste.
- Toss the drained gnocchi into the skillet. Stir them in the garlic butter until fully coated, then sprinkle in grated Parmesan cheese.
- Plate your beautifully sauced gnocchi and garnish with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of additional Parmesan.
