  • 1 head Roasted Garlic
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the top off a head of garlic, drizzle it with olive oil, wrap it in foil, and roast for 30-35 minutes until it’s soft and fragrant.
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook for 2-3 minutes or until they float to the surface. Drain and set them aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the mashed roasted garlic into the butter and stir until it blends into a smooth, aromatic paste.
  4. Toss the drained gnocchi into the skillet. Stir them in the garlic butter until fully coated, then sprinkle in grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Plate your beautifully sauced gnocchi and garnish with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of additional Parmesan.
