Description
Fun to make with children, these Rice Krispie Christmas Puddings are easy to make and the perfect mouthful party treat or sweet canape.
Ingredients

- 200 g Milk Chocolate
- 50 g Unsalted Butter
- 180 g Mini Marshmallows
- 100 g Rice Krispies
- 50 g White Chocolate
- White Sugarpaste
- Green Food Colour Gel
- Red Food Colour Gel
Instructions
- Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in mini marshmallows until melted. Alternatively, microwave chocolate and butter, then add marshmallows and heat for 30 seconds, stirring until melted.
- In a large bowl, combine Rice Krispies with the melted mixture. Stir until coated and let cool slightly.
- Divide mixture into equal amounts and roll into balls. Dampen hands to prevent sticking.
- Place on a lined baking tray and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave. Place in piping bag and let cool.
- Color sugarpaste with food gels for decorations. Use green for leaves and red for berries.
- Drizzle white chocolate over chilled puddings and decorate with sugarpaste leaves and berries.
