  • 1 tablespoon Red Gel Food Coloring (Avoid liquid coloring)
  • 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips (Optional)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (Can use vegan cream cheese)
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a medium bowl, then combine it with granulated sugar and light brown sugar until it’s smooth and creamy.
  3. Whisk in the eggs and egg yolk along with the vanilla extract.
  4. Stir in the vegetable oil and cocoa powder until fully combined.
  5. Fold in a portion of red gel food coloring into the batter.
  6. Combine the dry ingredients: gently fold in the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, and vinegar.
  7. Pour the batter into your prepared pan, using a spatula to spread it evenly. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
  8. Cool the brownies completely in the pan before frosting.
  9. Beat the cream cheese and unsalted butter together in a bowl until it’s fluffy.
  10. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
