A vibrant tropical mocktail blending frozen raspberries, pineapple juice, and coconut cream for a sweet, creamy, and refreshing drink perfect for summer. No alcohol required, with optional garnishes to elevate its tropical flair.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • ¾ cup chilled pineapple juice
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 12 oz white rum (optional)
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • Optional garnishes: Fresh raspberry, pineapple wedge, mint sprig, shredded coconut, honey or simple syrup, fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Chill a glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes
  2. Optional: Rim the chilled glass with coconut or crushed raspberries for decoration
  3. Add frozen raspberries, pineapple juice, coconut cream, crushed ice, and rum (if using) to a blender. Blend until smooth
  4. Taste and adjust flavors by adding honey/simple syrup for sweetness or lime juice for tang. Thin with more pineapple juice if needed
  5. Pour into the prepared glass, top with your choice of garnishes, and serve
