This Pumpkin Espresso Martini recipe combines the rich flavors of espresso with creamy pumpkin and warm spices for the ultimate fall cocktail. It’s easy to make and perfect for any autumn gathering.
Ingredients
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz RumChata
- 1 oz espresso, chilled or room temperature
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon half & half
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup, more or less to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of pumpkin pie spice, plus more for garnish
- ice cubes
- whipped cream, optional garnish
Instructions
- Add about 5 ice cubes to a cocktail shaker.
- Add the vodka, RumChata, espresso, pumpkin puree, half & half, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice to the shaker.
- Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds to create a frothy top.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass or coupe glass.
- Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
