- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

- 1 cup Mini Turkey Pepperoni

- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Whisk together cottage cheese and eggs in a large bowl until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded mozzarella, turkey pepperoni, grated parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle reserved turkey pepperoni on top.
