- 1 lb cooked jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cocktail sauce
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- Fresh parsley or dill for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Thaw shrimp completely if frozen. Pat dry with paper towels and chill until ready to use.
- In a small bowl, combine cocktail sauce, lemon juice, and prepared horseradish. Stir well.
- Spoon a layer of diced cucumber and avocado into each shot glass or mini cup.
- Spoon cocktail sauce over the vegetable layer evenly.
- Place one or two shrimp around the rim or inside each shooter glass.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges. Serve chilled.

- Best served immediately after preparation.
- You can substitute shrimp with other seafood if desired.
