- 4 fresh peaches
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Cut peaches in half and remove pits.
- Heat skillet over medium heat, add butter and melt.
- Add brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and salt to the butter; stir to combine.
- Place peaches cut-side down in the pan and cook 5-7 minutes until caramelized.
- Flip peaches and cook 2-3 minutes on the other side.
- Serve immediately with optional toppings.
