One-Pan Tangy Honey BBQ Chicken Penne – Quick, Flavorful & Easy Dinner

- 1 sheet of puff pastry (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for sautéing spinach)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté spinach until wilted. Let cool, then combine with feta and garlic powder.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry and cut into rectangles or leave whole for larger twists.
- Spread spinach and feta mixture evenly over pastry, leaving borders. Be careful not to overfill.
- Fold the pastry and press edges gently to seal. Cut into 1-inch strips.
- Twist each strip and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden and flaky.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm or at room temperature.
