Ingredients
Scale
- 500g flour
- 280mL warm water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 400g minced pork
- 60mL soy sauce
- 50mL oyster sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons water
- Ginger
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
- Prepare the baozi dough. Mix all dough ingredients and knead until smooth. Let it rise for about 1 hour.
- Mix all filling ingredients and set aside in a bowl.
- Divide the dough into 12 pieces and carefully shape each baozi. Check a video for detailed assembly instructions.
- Cook the baozi in a steamer or on a griddle, as preferred. Enjoy the recipe!
