- 4 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, sauté the onions and mushrooms until tender.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Add the sautéed mushrooms and onions to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set and golden brown.
