Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a half sheet baking pan with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Cream the butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
