This refreshing drink combines the sweetness of sorghum syrup with the tanginess of fresh citrus juices and mint. Perfect for a hot day or as a revitalizing beverage.

- 1 cup sorghum syrup
- 2 cups fresh orange juice
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- ¼ cup honey or agave syrup
- Ice cubes
- Orange and lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the fresh mint leaves and water. Blend on high until the mint is thoroughly crushed.
- Strain the mint mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher, discarding the solid mint pulp.
- Add the sorghum syrup, fresh orange juice, fresh lemon juice, and honey or agave syrup to the pitcher.
- Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or agave syrup.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the drink over the ice.
- Garnish each glass with a slice of orange or lemon and a sprig of fresh mint.
