- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (30g)
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, parsley, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Form the mixture into balls about 1–1.5 inches in diameter.
- Serve hot with rice, flatbread, or vegetables.
