- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons bourbon
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, bourbon, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and turn to coat them evenly with the maple bourbon glaze.
- Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Melt the butter in the skillet.
- Add the chicken breasts to the hot skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
