  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp cold water
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Chop parsley, mince garlic, and juice lemons before starting the recipe.
  2. Season both sides of chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Add fresh lemon juice and Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
