  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together for 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway to achieve a smooth, creamy mixture.
  2. Stir in the beaten eggs, almond flour, and baking powder, combining everything until a soft and cohesive dough forms.
  3. Wrap the dough tightly and refrigerate it for at least 4 hours; this step is essential for easy shaping later.
