  2. While the blue tea is cooling, prepare the cold foam. In a blender, combine ⅓ cup of ice-cold milk with 1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup. Blend for about 10 seconds until frothy and creamy.
  3. Grab a tall, clear glass and fill it with ice cubes. Pour in the cooled blue tea, allowing it to settle at the bottom. Spoon the vanilla cold foam on top.
