Instructions
- Begin by boiling 1 cup of water until it reaches a rolling boil, then remove it from heat. Add 1 tablespoon of dried butterfly pea flowers and steep for 5–7 minutes, allowing the vibrant blue color to develop fully. Once ready, strain the tea into a separate container and let it cool slightly.
- While the blue tea is cooling, prepare the cold foam. In a blender, combine ⅓ cup of ice-cold milk with 1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup. Blend for about 10 seconds until frothy and creamy.
- Grab a tall, clear glass and fill it with ice cubes. Pour in the cooled blue tea, allowing it to settle at the bottom. Spoon the vanilla cold foam on top.
