  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 spray Cooking Spray (Use liberally for best results.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a silicone muffin pan or standard muffin tin with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Blend egg whites and cottage cheese together in a blender until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir the mixture into a bowl and toss in shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Combine well.
