- 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, and ginger until well combined.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken, pineapple, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
- Heat grill to medium temperature.
- Cook for 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked and slightly charred.
- Remove from grill and serve hot.
