Delicious Gluten-Free Garlic & Herb Focaccia That’s Irresistible
Ingredients

- 2 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour (Ensure it contains xanthan gum or add separately.)
- 1 packet Active Dry Yeast
- 1 tablespoon Sugar (Can be substituted with honey or maple syrup.)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (Fresh garlic can be used as an alternative.)
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Warm Water (110°F/45°C)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend warm water with sugar, then sprinkle in the active dry yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Gently stir in the gluten-free flour, salt, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- Lightly knead the dough for 2-3 minutes until pliable; it should remain tender and soft.
- Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and place in a warm area. Allow it to rise for 30-60 minutes until doubled in size.
- Transfer the risen dough into a greased baking pan. Spread it evenly and create dimples using your fingers.
- Drizzle olive oil over the dimples, then sprinkle with fresh rosemary and sea salt. Cover and let it rise for another 15-30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the focaccia for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
