  • 2 steaks, strip, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 teaspoons steak seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 zucchini, chopped
  • 10 ounces grape tomatoes, halved
  • 18 ounces fresh cheese tortellini
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, shredded, plus more for garnish
  • ¼ cup Buffalo Wild Wings parmesan garlic sauce
  • Parsley, fresh chopped, for optional garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the strip steak pieces with steak seasoning and set them aside to allow the flavors to penetrate.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add the seasoned steak pieces and cook for about 2 minutes before stirring. Continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes until the steak is golden brown on all sides.
  3. Add sliced onions, yellow bell peppers, and halved grape tomatoes to the skillet. Stir everything together and cook for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables soften and release their flavors.
