- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the garlic-butter mixture, then coat with Parmesan cheese.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Pour any remaining garlic-butter mixture over the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
