Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heirloom tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 large Peaches
  • 1 cup Galbani Fresh Mozzarella marinated cheese balls
  • 1 cup Fresh basil
  • 1 cup Blackberries
  • 1 cup Balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Prepare a large, flat serving platter for your salad.
  2. Layer large chunks of heirloom tomatoes and halved cherry tomatoes across the platter.
  3. Scatter peach chunks throughout the tomatoes.
  4. Add the mozzarella marinated cheese balls evenly on top.
  5. Drizzle mozzarella marinade over the assembled ingredients.
  6. Sprinkle the salad with freshly chopped basil and optionally scatter blackberries.
  7. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad just before serving.
