- 2 cups Heirloom tomatoes
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 2 large Peaches
- 1 cup Galbani Fresh Mozzarella marinated cheese balls
- 1 cup Fresh basil
- 1 cup Blackberries
- 1 cup Balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Prepare a large, flat serving platter for your salad.
- Layer large chunks of heirloom tomatoes and halved cherry tomatoes across the platter.
- Scatter peach chunks throughout the tomatoes.
- Add the mozzarella marinated cheese balls evenly on top.
- Drizzle mozzarella marinade over the assembled ingredients.
- Sprinkle the salad with freshly chopped basil and optionally scatter blackberries.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad just before serving.
