Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup butter (115g)
  • 1/2 cup sugar (100g)
  • Red and blue food coloring
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
  • Red, white, and blue sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Pop the popcorn and place it in a large bowl. Remove any unpopped kernels.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter, marshmallows, and sugar. Stir continuously until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into two portions. Add red food coloring to one and blue to the other.
  4. Pour the colored mixtures over sections of popcorn and gently toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread onto a baking sheet, sprinkle with festive sprinkles, and let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
