Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and patted dry
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup onion
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or tahini sauce for serving
Instructions
- Add the chickpeas, parsley, garlic, onion, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped and holds together slightly.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the flour until evenly combined.
- Shape the mixture into 6 to 8 small patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the falafel patties for 3 to 4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crisp.
- Serve warm with Greek yogurt or tahini sauce.
