Instructions
- Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a bowl. Mash to your preferred texture — smooth or chunky.
- Add onion, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic, lime juice, and salt. Gently fold together until evenly mixed.
- Add more lime or salt to balance flavor to your liking.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with cilantro, and serve immediately with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.
