Ingredients

  • 2 cups cucumbers, sliced (Persian or similar)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill or chives (chopped)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and herbs until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, add the chilled shrimp and sliced cucumbers.
  3. Pour the dressing over the shrimp and cucumbers and gently toss to coat evenly.
