- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 tablespoons hot honey
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Transfer the seared chicken to the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C).
- While the chicken is baking, drizzle the hot honey over the chicken and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
- Bake for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt and the honey to bubble.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
