Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons hot honey
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  4. Transfer the seared chicken to the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/75°C).
  5. While the chicken is baking, drizzle the hot honey over the chicken and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
  6. Bake for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt and the honey to bubble.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
