Instructions
- Begin by slicing the halloumi cheese into 1.5 cm thick fries.
- Mix together all-purpose flour, paprika, and cumin on a separate plate.
- Carefully roll each halloumi fry in the flour mixture.
- In a large frying pan, pour enough olive oil to cover the bottom, about ¼ inch deep.
- Gently place half of the coated halloumi fries into the pan.
- Fry the fries for approximately 2–3 minutes on each side.
- Remove the crispy halloumi fries from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Serve immediately while they are still hot and crispy.
