- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup cream cheese (softened)

- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill or parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth.
- Add minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the mixture. Stir well.
- Gently fold in the finely chopped spinach until evenly distributed.
- Taste the dip and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh dill or parsley.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
