Ingredients

  • Optional: fresh herbs

Instructions

  1. Add oats to milk and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Blend the mixture at high speed until smooth.
  3. Peel and mince garlic. Optional: add fresh herbs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  5. Sauté minced garlic for about a minute.
  6. Reduce heat to medium-low and add blended milk in portions, whisking continuously.
  7. Stir for 5-6 minutes until the sauce thickens.
