Ingredients

- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 1/3 tbsp oats
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Optional: fresh herbs
Instructions
- Add oats to milk and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Blend the mixture at high speed until smooth.
- Peel and mince garlic. Optional: add fresh herbs.
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Sauté minced garlic for about a minute.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and add blended milk in portions, whisking continuously.
- Stir for 5-6 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve with chicken, meat, pasta, or rice.
