Creamy Dijon Chicken is a rich, flavorful, and easy weeknight dinner made with tender chicken simmered in a silky Dijon mustard cream sauce.

- 4 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried dill or 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken until golden on both sides, then remove temporarily.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and scrape up browned bits from the pan. Stir in heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and dill until smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 8–12 minutes until fully cooked and the sauce thickens slightly.
- Spoon extra sauce over the chicken and serve warm.
