- 1 cup Powdered sugar (Try erythritol powder for a low-sugar option.)
- 2–3 tablespoons Orange juice (Adjust consistency with more sugar or juice as needed.)

Instructions
- Combine warm milk, granulated sugar, and active dry yeast. Allow to sit until frothy. Mix in melted butter, beaten egg, and flour until a dough forms.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Let it rise in a greased bowl for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Prepare cranberry filling by simmering fresh cranberries, sugar, and orange juice until thick. Cool to room temperature.
- Roll dough into a rectangle and spread softened butter, sugar, and orange zest. Spread cooled cranberry filling and roll tightly.
- Cut rolled dough into 12 equal pieces and place cut-side up in a greased baking dish. Let rise for 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, orange juice, and orange zest until smooth.
- Drizzle orange glaze over warm rolls after baking and serve warm.
