Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Transfer the browned beef to the crockpot. Add the ranch seasoning, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
  3. Cook on low for 240 minutes.
  4. After 240 minutes, add the uncooked pasta to the crockpot and stir well.
  5. Continue to cook on low for an additional 30 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.
  6. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and frozen peas. Mix until the cheese is melted.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
