- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 8 ounces pasta (penne or rotini)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen peas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Transfer the browned beef to the crockpot. Add the ranch seasoning, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
- Cook on low for 240 minutes.
- After 240 minutes, add the uncooked pasta to the crockpot and stir well.
- Continue to cook on low for an additional 30 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and frozen peas. Mix until the cheese is melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
