Ingredients

  • Multigrain pita chips, for serving/dipping

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Garnish with extra cilantro.
  3. Serve with pita chips for dipping.
  4. This salsa is also great served on salmon, fish tacos, or shrimp.
  5. Serves 4-6.
  6. Double the recipe to serve 10-12.
