Description
This churro toffee is the ultimate sweet treat—crispy, buttery layers of homemade toffee topped with smooth white chocolate and finished with a generous cinnamon sugar coating.

- 40 saltine crackers
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange crackers in a single layer.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add sugar, and stir continuously until thick and bubbling.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract, and pour evenly over crackers.
- Bake for 5–7 minutes until bubbly.
- Sprinkle white chocolate chips over hot toffee, let melt, then spread evenly.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle over melted chocolate.
- Cool completely until set.
- Break into pieces and serve.
